SHIPPING

If you place a large order, you may be required to sign for your package. We recommend having the package delivered to a location where someone will be available to sign for it, such as a business address.

SHIPPING METHODS

Please place your overnight or express shipping orders by 12pm EST to ensure that the order goes out the same day.

RETURNS

OUR POLICY

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If there is any problem whatsoever, please contact Customer Service at service@jwingfield.com and we will work to solve it immediately. We will gladly accept returns made from jwingfield.com. 

REFUNDABLE SERVICES & MERCHANDISE

Product Condition:

Merchandise must be in unworn and unwashed condition and the return must include the original packaging. 

Full-Priced Merchandise: Full-priced product must be returned within 60 days of order date. Full-priced product purchased with a promotional discount may be returned within the 60-day return window.

Sale Merchandise: Marked-down merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date the order was received according to the tracking information.

NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES & MERCHANDISE

Orders that are returned outside of the appropriate return window and/or are in unsuitable condition will not be accepted for a refund.

Shipping Fees: Express shipping fees are non-refundable.

IF YOUR ORDER CAME WITH A RETURN LABEL

Place the products you would like to return in the original packaging. Indicate your return reason and preferred form of reimbursement on the return slip provided in your package. Adhere the provided pre-paid shipping label onto the box or bag. Drop the package off at your nearest USPS location.

IF YOUR ORDER DID NOT COME WITH A RETURN LABEL

Please contact Customer Service at service@wingfieldapparel.com with your order number and contact info.
We’ll provide you with a return label. Print your label and adhere it onto the original packaging.
Drop the package off at your nearest USPS location.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

Due to our limited inventory, exchanges are not automated. To ensure you get the item you want, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item. We will honor even exchanges for the same style as the initial purchase. Once we receive your return we will refund the amount in the preferred form of reimbursement indicated on your return slip.

REFUND & EXCHANGE TIMING

Our warehouse processes returns in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 business days after the return has been delivered for the return to be processed. Once the return is processed, you will receive an email that your credit card has been refunded or store credit has been added to your J Wingfield account.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

Once the return is processed, it can take some credit card companies up to 5–7 business days to process the credit back to your account.
