How do I know what my size is?

How much does shipping cost?
All domestic ground shipping is free of charge via USPS.
2-day shipping is $25.
Next-day air is $32.
We ship internationally, please contact us for a rate.

When will my order ship?
All orders placed on U.S. business days before 3:00PM will ship the same day. After 3:00PM, or on weekends/federal holidays, orders will be shipped the next business day. Once your shirt is on its way, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with UPS tracking information. In general, East-Coast & Mid-West customers can expect delivery in 1-3 days, West-Coast and Southwest customers should expect delivery in 3-5 days.

What is the policy on returns and exchanges?
We provide free returns and exchanges (both ways) within 1 month of delivery date (provided that the shirt is structurally in good condition). E-mail us and we'll provide you with a pre-paid return label.

The shirt I want is out of stock in my size, when will it be back?
It depends on the size or color of the shirt. E-mail info@jwingfield.com and we'll let you know. 

Where do you get your fabrics?
We source our Heritage and Sustainable collections from our owned and operated domestic weaving mill and certain other USA based textile companies. Our Silk Road collection is sourced from mills in Italy, England, China and Japan. We aim to source our Silk Road fabrics from our USA mill as it gets gets better at making the harder fabrics.

Why do you make your shirts in the USA?
